Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible items. If 7 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Due to the personal, energetic, and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

Once a product has entered your body or energetic field, it cannot be returned.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Crystal Intention Sprays

• Affirmation Lip Balms

• Eye pillows and other body-adjacent items

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will happily offer a replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

• Used or partially used products

• Items opened for personal or energetic use

• Change of mind or personal preference
